Children's mental health week task 2 is all about talking. It's important to talk about emotions, what you are going through and how you are feeling. This is important for all of us, including adults!
So if you have a son/daughter/niece/nephew/grandson/granddaughter, ask them how they are feeling. It's a positive to talk about emotions. It relieves stress and doesn't let anything build up.
For adults, checking in with friends or work colleagues is important. Let's talk!
